Having retired from the United States Air Force with 20 years of service, Andy brings a wealth of experience to the Quintessential team.  He received his formal training at Keesler AFB, MS and spent 7 of his 20-year Air Force career in various administrative and customer service related positions.  Since joining the Quintessential team in September, 2000, he has streamlined the review and submission processing of all the insurance coverage applications.  Andy`s dedication to customer service is unmatched and he has fostered great working relationships with our insurance company contacts.  Andy is responsible for the resolution of all claims and billing issues.
