During her 10+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, Dawn has worked in the areas of eligibility, claims, quality improvement, and customer service.  Her familiarity with benefit plans, the renewal process,  and claims processing will prove invaluable to our clients in her role as an Account Manager.  Dawn’s prior experience has been in the Cincinnati area, so she is looking forward to getting to know the Dayton market.
