During her 20+ years in customer service, Elaine has enjoyed establishing relationships with her clients and persistently addressing their needs.  With 10+ years in the insurance industry, her knowledge of benefit plans and processes will serve her well as a Senior Account Manager.  In addition to her account management experience, Elaine has been a benefits coordinator and supervisor, so she understands the difficult decisions that accompany each renewal.  Currently, Elaine also serves as Mayor of the Village of Gordon, Ohio.
