Theresa has a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami University and has come to know our business working part-time as an administrative assistant.  She recently made the decision to work full-time and will be our Client Services Coordinator.  In this role she will be primarily responsible for preparing quotes and presentations for our clients and prospects.  Theresa will also serve as back-up to both Andy and the account managers.
